At Top End Performance, we provide certified mobile marine repair and maintenance for boats across the Delmarva Peninsula, from Ocean City and Berlin to Fenwick Island and Crisfield. Whether you need routine maintenance or urgent repair, our technicians come directly to your dock, marina, driveway, or storage location.
We are one of the few mobile mechanics on Maryland’s Coast certified for Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Honda outboards. We’re also a full-line dealer for Minn Kota and MotorGuide, offering sales, installations, and full warranty support, for trolling motors and accessories.
Our normal service area includes a 45-mile radius from Berlin, MD, with special arrangements available for customers outside that range. Service calls begin at $120, with a one-hour minimum labor charge of $120. After diagnosis, you’ll receive a detailed estimate before additional work begins.

Boat Winterization Services
We offer fall and winter boat winterization services across Maryland’s Coast and the Eastern Shore.
We’ve been winterizing boats for more than 30 years, and there’s no shortcut to doing it right. Cold weather can crack blocks, corrode parts, and cause big problems come spring. We use a full checklist that covers your boat from bow to stern, making sure it’s protected through the off-season and ready to hit the water when the weather breaks.
